Returns & Termination Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.

Returning Your Vehicle ✅
If you choose to return your vehicle within 14 days of purchase, a termination fee of £495 will apply. If you have driven more than 50 miles, an additional charge of £0.45p per mile will apply for any extra mileage.
For returns made after 14 days, the same £495 fee will apply, along with a valuation charge based on the vehicle’s condition and mileage, which will be assessed by our team.

Returning the vehicle to us ✅
If you wish to return your vehicle, whether for a statutory repair or to exercise your right to reject. The vehicle will need to be returned to us at your own cost and within a reasonable timeframe, this may include via recovery vehicle upon Baileys Auto Centre request.

We’re committed to handling all returns fairly and with complete transparency, and we’ll always do our best to make the process as straightforward as possible. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of return and confirmation of acceptance. If you have any questions at all, our team will be more than happy to help.
